Gikas Winery

Gikas Winery, has been involved in the vine cultivation and winemaking with a history of four generations. Our own vineyard of 150,000 square meters, is located at the slopes of the mythic mountain Kithaironas of North East Viotia at an elevation of 350 meters.

The vineyard is cultivated with great care with the following grape varieties: Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Vradiano.

The vineyards’ climatic and soil conditions, with a healthy clay-rich soil create a unique ‘terroir’ and are particularly beneficial to highlight the characteristics of the grape varieties.

Our Winery is located in East Attica and has a capacity of 3000HL which is supported daily by own oenological laboratory.

The winery is open to visitors who would like to taste or purchase our wine during weekdays, as well as on weekends by appointment.
